  • What should I do to prepare for landscaping?

First, clear the area of any debris and then mark any existing features you wish to keep. We’ll make additional recommendations during your consultation.

  • What happens if it rains on the day of my project?

Because the weather can affect our scheduling, we monitor forecasts and will let you know about any rescheduling.

  • How long will my project take?

Because projects vary significantly in size and complexity, we will wait until our consultation to provide a reasonable timeline.

  • What types of plants do you recommend?

Count on us to recommend plants that thrive in Indiana’s climate. During our consultation, we will hone our suggestions down based on the amount of light and the microclimate in your yard.

  • What is the best way to water a new tree?

For trees that have been in the ground for less than two years, we recommend:

    • 25 gallons of water per week
    • Frequent moisture level checks for at least the first year
    • Watering for the entire area of the roots, not just around the trunk
